News Roundup

A bit quiet in Clayland right now, but there are a few news tidbits.

There was a sighting last night. Clay Aiken and a group of friends were spotted at the War Memorial Arena in Greensboro, NC attending the show "Ain't Misbehavin'" starring his good friend Ruben Studdard and fellow American Idol alumni Frenchie Davis and Trenyce Cobbins.

The official clayaiken.com website has been taken offline and redirected to Clay's clayonline.com site where his official fan club site is. Not sure what that portends, but it does make one go, "Hmmmm."

And a nice bit of fan news. A very talented fan, Maplestik, had created a few months ago a photo montage of President-elect Obama and his wife using Clay's song "Something About Us." It has been a hit on Youtube and now will be shown at one of the Inaugual Balls on January 20. How cool is that? If you haven't seen it yet, here it is below:

It is wonderful that Clay got to go see Ruben in Ain't Misbehavin and that is great about Maplestik's montage! Thanks for the update!

What exciting news about that montage . It is beautifully done to the Obamas . I hope word gets to Clay Aiken about this .
